I was given a massage and facial as a gift. What a disappointment. I have never before had a facial where my eye make-up was kept on and eye cream was applied over the make-up! Cleanser was not applied to the sides or back of my neck either. When I left, my skin was tight and dehydrated. The massage was similarly poor - neither therapeutic nor relaxing and didn't work the tight muscles. The individual rooms are nicely decorated but the care taken with the decor does not extend to the treatment. I can not recommend Arvana at all.
